The administrator of the fleet is the user for whom the fleet was created, as well as all users located above in the vertical hierarchy. It is impossible to grant administration rights to a user manually.

In the image above, a fleet has been activated for the account A1. All the users whose accounts have a red outline have received administration rights to the fleet.

For fleet administrators, six tabs are available on the Administration page:

• Access rights;
• Service objects;
• Fleet settings;
• Notifications;
• Reports to email;
• Custom fields.

The button  in the upper right corner of the window opens the page where you can ‘migrate’ the service intervals created in Wialon to Fleetrun.

For users without administrator rights, only the Notifications tab is available (the right to create, edit, and delete notifications is required).
